As we mentioned last week, Dawie was heading in for surgery on Thursday 4th May. He underwent surgery on his throat due to the breathing problem he and a number of other tigers have been experiencing. SO far, all seems to have gone well and Dawie is now back to being able to eat again. He has also been moved into one of the cages that joins onto the nearly competed enclosures we have been fund raising for. Soon these enclosures will be ready and hopefully his recovery will be sped up by being able to roam outside.
