Following on from our previous post about Khao Son government facility, we have now delivered the grass seed for the new enclosures.
Though we'd really like to get it sown as soon as possible in order for the grass to get roots before the tigers enter, the workers are still in the areas finalising parts of the enclosures. This means that we're having to wait a bit for sowing until the workers have completed the fences and cleaned up.
The enclosures are coming along nicely though, with the trees now all planted (hopefully we'll get some photos up soon!). We're also going to start funding the ponds too, so that they can be built before the workers have completed everything - hopefully everything will be finished at the same time ready for the tigers to use!
